Ines Msallem

Quality Assurance

Ines Msallem is a Quality Assurance professional in the Technical Department at Bottle Nexus, based in Tunisia. She is responsible for release validation, production readiness assessment, and ensuring platform features meet reliability standards before deployment. Her work focuses on early defect detection, clear issue reporting, and supporting stable releases across Bottle Nexus’s DTC alcohol ecommerce infrastructure.

She holds a software engineering background and transitioned into QA after completing her studies, bringing hands-on experience from web development internships. This technical foundation helps her design tests with an understanding of system architecture, data flow, and implementation constraints, enabling her to detect high-risk scenarios and edge cases early.

Ines works closely with developers to maintain controlled release cycles by prioritizing testing based on production risk and system impact. She monitors pipelines and production behavior to prevent regressions and ensures features are validated before launch. Her work includes detailed bug documentation, reproduction steps, and technical context to support efficient debugging and resolution.

She regularly uses Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Confluence, BrowserStack, and VS Code to maintain a structured QA workflow centered on traceability and release confidence. She is also developing automated testing capabilities to reduce repetitive manual validation and strengthen coverage of core platform functionality as the system scales.
