Jeen Filz serves as Chief Operating Officer at Bottle Nexus, leading the company’s Operations function from Charleston, South Carolina. He oversees retailer fulfillment, brand buy button programs, affiliate Shopify channels, and marketplace integrations while managing key partner relationships, onboarding pipelines, and commercial negotiations.


He brings more than a decade of experience across spirits, ecommerce, and regulated distribution environments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in International Hospitality Management. Before Bottle Nexus, he held senior roles in alcohol ecommerce and retail partnerships, including work with Flaviar and Diageo’s European on-premise operations, along with experience in brand activation, beverage marketing, and hospitality management.


Jeen focuses on providing operational clarity, supporting execution across teams, and directing escalations and major negotiations. His work has contributed to strengthening partner performance, developing the PAR reporting system to improve inventory communication, and expanding the Bottle Nexus affiliate program.


Looking ahead, he is focused on expanding the retailer network, improving inventory and cross-channel capabilities, and refining the company’s commercial and operational model to support scalable growth.
