Houssem Boujarra is Director of Channel Operations & Revenue at Bottle Nexus, based in Tunisia. He oversees channel billing, revenue reconciliation, and partner payment flows, ensuring accuracy and operational reliability. As a Shopify Solution Architect, he supports integrations between storefront activity, partner systems, and internal billing infrastructure within a regulated e-commerce environment.


He began at Bottle Nexus in customer service before moving into billing, where he developed expertise in invoicing logic, revenue tracking, and reconciliation workflows. Over time, he expanded into systems-focused improvements, strengthening integrations and streamlining revenue processes. His IT background allows him to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.


Houssem works closely with operations and technology teams to design structured workflows and drive system improvements. He emphasizes process clarity, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution, using tools such as Jira, Slack, automation platforms, and Excel to maintain visibility and control.


He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Anthropology and has completed technical training including Google IT Support, CompTIA coursework, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Microsoft Azure fundamentals. He previously contributed to building billing infrastructure for 3JMS, reinforcing his focus on financial accuracy and system reliability.
